About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and mentor the entire Product & Design organization, including product management, product design, user research, market research, and creative
  • Develop innovative, high-performing product teams and mentor product leaders
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional partners to align product goals and priorities
  • Partner with the CEO and GMs to define product vision and strategy aligned with company goals
  • Own outcomes for the product experience and product team, identifying and executing high-impact opportunities
  • Balance revenue and growth objectives with customer needs and high-quality experiences
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for product delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate insights and drive shipped solutions
  • Oversee the product lifecycle from concept through launch, maintenance, and retirement
  • Balance high-velocity delivery with product quality and customer experience
  • Maintain understanding of customer needs through direct interaction and market research
  • Lead generative research projects to identify product and business opportunities
  • Monitor relevant technological advancements and apply them to the product domain

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 12+ years in product management
  • 8+ years in people management
  • Experience leading teams of 20+
  • 3+ years managing or leading design and research teams
  • Proven track record of high-performing teams, product success in the market, and business success
  • Experience leading consumer products from zero to one and through growth stage
  • Strong operating range, with ability to be strategic and tactical
  • Experience in travel, fintech, or adtech and earnings (nice to have)
  • Experience leading UXR and research teams directly (nice to have)
  • Mostly B2C experience (nice to have)
  • Membership management experience (nice to have)
  • Mastery of Reforge principles (nice to have)
  • Experience leading remote teams across multiple disciplines (nice to have)
  • Experience collaborating with GMs to create a collective product strategy (nice to have)
  • Experience in Series C+ companies (nice to have)
  • Authorization to work in the US or Canada for at least the next 12 months
