About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Craft innovative solutions through requirements analysis, workflow charts, and precise specifications
Transform business requests into development plans, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Guide projects from concept through implementation in alignment with business objectives
Orchestrate integration of new technologies
Advocate the benefits of new technology to internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with QA to maintain high-quality solutions
Create flowcharts using Visio or Draw.io, with UML expertise as a bonus
Simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences and bridge business and technology teams
Manage stakeholders and define requirements for IT systems or projects
Work with design and technical teams and take on PO or QA responsibilities when needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5 years of relevant experience in digital product development as a Business Analyst, PM, PO, or Consultant
Experience in financial services such as banking, fintech, insurtech, or similar industries is a plus
Ownership of deliverable documents and ability to structure them according to project requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Solid time management, organizational, and self-management skills
Good understanding of architecture, APIs, message queues, and related technologies
Experience using software development ticketing systems such as Jira
Proficiency in both written and verbal English and Hungarian
Experience in UX research is a plus
