About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own Supercritical’s relationships with every contracted supplier worldwide
  • Onboard suppliers and serve as their primary contact through development, delivery, review and renewal
  • Manage supplier relationships and stakeholder communications, including senior stakeholders
  • Run regular check-ins, QBRs and annual reviews according to supplier tier
  • Coordinate supply, sales, marketing and climate science teams
  • Own supplier contract terms and accountability for delivery against contracted milestones
  • Own supplier reporting, NPS tracking and performance KPIs
  • Manage supplier workflows across the lifecycle, including credit retirement
  • Maintain supplier risk registers, compliance records and current ratings
  • Confirm when suppliers are ready for allocation
  • Guide new projects through the Supply Development Programme
  • Own development plans and manage internal and external stakeholders through project launch
  • Maintain HubSpot as the single source of truth and help shape automated workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years as an Account Manager
  • Proven account management background
  • Experience managing international stakeholders and projects across different countries and time zones
  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders, including founder and CEO level
  • Experience setting up CRM processes and automated workflows; HubSpot experience is a plus
  • Commercial understanding of pipeline, contracts and delivery
  • Ability to build clear, data-backed business cases
  • Highly organised with impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, contract terms and delivery dates
  • Start-up or scale-up experience
  • Experience in carbon removal, climate, agriculture or commodity supply chains is a bonus, not a requirement
  • Applicants outside the UK must be within 3 hours of GMT/BST and willing to travel to London quarterly
  • Applicants must be legally able to work without UK sponsorship; the company cannot provide UK sponsorship
