About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Recruit and manage an always-on roster of customers across Grammarly, Superhuman Docs, and Superhuman Mail
  • Produce case studies, video testimonials, quotes, and other proof assets communicating use cases, outcomes, and product value
  • Own the company proof asset library, including testimonial capture and tracking, logo rights, internal enablement, approvals, and feedback loops
  • Prioritize customers and use cases for storytelling based on impact, readiness, and strategic relevance
  • Define the creative vision for customer stories
  • Manage end-to-end customer story production, including intake, stakeholder interviews, scripting, filming or production coordination, review cycles, and publication
  • Shape clear, compelling narratives while maintaining accuracy, clarity, and credibility
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify effective proof points and content gaps
  • Collaborate with Brand, Product, and Revenue Marketing on customer-centered campaigns and initiatives
  • Coordinate with Comms/PR and Content on customer story placement and owned editorial opportunities such as blogs, social media, and whitepapers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5+ years of experience in customer marketing, customer advocacy, or content marketing
  • Experience ideally in B2B SaaS or technology
  • Proven track record producing customer proof assets that drive measurable impact
  • Strong relationship-building skills with customers, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong editorial judgment
  • Experience managing video, interview, and multimedia production end-to-end, from briefing through final cut
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple customers, requests, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
  • Ability to proactively manage tasks and priorities across multiple projects
  • Ability to analyze and execute work efficiently
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments
