Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Approximately 0–3 years of professional experience
  • Track record of high achievement through work, internships, academics, projects, extracurriculars, or other meaningful experiences
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Clear, thoughtful, and empathetic communication
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and shifting priorities
  • Good judgment and ability to work independently while knowing when to ask for help
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn unfamiliar topics, tools, and problems
  • Resourcefulness and solution-oriented approach
  • Technologically curious and comfortable with—or excited to learn—Coda, Superhuman, Grammarly, Google Workspace, ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI-enabled tools
  • Interest in improving systems and processes
  • Ability to work across different teams, personalities, and working styles
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
  • Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to work from the San Francisco hub at least 2 days per week
