About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build full-stack AI agents that complete valuable, role-specific workflows across customers' everyday tools
Develop end-to-end agent workflow experiences, from triggers and context gathering through user interactions and completed actions
Build and deepen connector capabilities, including reads, writes, authentication, administration, and observability
Prototype new agent experiences and test them with users
Use feedback and data to guide product and technical decisions
Collaborate with Product, Design, and customer-facing teams to translate customer needs into scalable solutions
Establish reusable technical foundations and engineering practices for future agents
Start building and pushing code in the first week and ship impactful features within the first few months
Contribute to a data-driven, experimentation-first culture

Requirements

What you’ll need

Readiness to tackle challenges across product, infrastructure, and integrations
Knowledge of modern web development, API design, and testing tools
Experience building, deploying, and debugging production systems at scale
Understanding of authentication, data flows, and third-party service integrations
Comfort working with data and experimentation to inform decisions
Deep care for reliability, quality, and end-user experience
Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and collaborate across teams
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance
Ability to proactively manage tasks and priorities across multiple projects
