About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Architect and lead scalable systems for identity lifecycle management, device fleet provisioning, compliance hardening, and endpoint automation
Design and implement secure, manageable, and automated identity and device access solutions
Build automation around Okta, Jamf Pro, Workspace ONE, Python, PowerShell, bash, and Git
Lead platform migration and consolidation efforts, including UEM platform moves, IdP cutovers, and M&A integrations
Automate joiner-mover-leaver employee lifecycle workflows
Develop self-service and reliability tooling to reduce manual operations and empower end users and internal teams
Collaborate with security, IT, engineering, finance, and other stakeholders on access policies, compliance controls, and device trust
Mentor team members, set technical direction, and define Corporate Infrastructure team roadmaps
Enable secure productivity across macOS, Windows, and mobile devices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be based in Warsaw
Experience architecting and operating large-scale identity and endpoint management solutions across macOS, Windows, and mobile platforms
Expertise in enterprise identity tools including Okta, SSO, and SCIM
Expertise in endpoint management tools including Jamf, Workspace ONE, and Intune
Expertise in automation using Python, PowerShell, bash, and Git
Proven ability to design and implement device compliance and access security controls, including CIS benchmarks, device-trust enforcement, and zero-touch deployment
Strong knowledge of IT automation, infrastructure-as-code, and tooling for onboarding, provisioning, and compliance at scale
Demonstrated experience translating business needs into technical solutions with stakeholders
Experience migrating platforms, merging device fleets, and automating complex workflows
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
