About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support and optimize MyChart, Hello World, Cadence, and Patient Access workflows
  • Build and enhance Open Scheduling and Direct Scheduling functionality
  • Support Provider Finder, including provider search, profiles, scheduling integration, and patient access workflows
  • Support digital engagement functionality including Questionnaires, Care Companion, and patient self-service tools
  • Lead enhancements, troubleshooting, testing, upgrades, and workflow optimization
  • Partner with Patient Access, operational, clinical, and IT stakeholders to improve the digital patient experience
  • Support implementations, go-lives, and post-live optimization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active Epic certification or accreditation in MyChart and/or Cadence
  • Strong hands-on Patient Access/Cadence experience
  • Experience with Open Scheduling and/or Direct Scheduling
  • Experience supporting MyChart and Hello World
  • 3–4+ years of healthcare IT experience, including 2+ years supporting Epic
  • Experience with Epic implementations, upgrades, optimization, and production support
  • Associate degree required
  • Strong communication, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization skills
  • Occasional onsite travel required
  • Preferred: Provider Finder experience
  • Preferred: Experience with Questionnaires and/or Care Companion
  • Preferred: MyChart Welcome or other digital onboarding experience
  • Preferred: Epic Ambulatory experience or certification
  • Preferred: Multiple Epic certifications
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Preferred: Experience supporting enterprise digital front door or patient access initiatives
