About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work closely with Production, Service, Purchaser, and Product Manager teams to validate and debug CPU server systems.
Identify technical issues and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues.
Proactively follow up on current validation backlogs and escalate roadblocks as needed.
Continuously improve processes and documentation for efficiency and accuracy.
Learn continuously and create technical documents for validating and troubleshooting newer GPU systems.
Provide technical support to enterprise customers.
Promote internal switch products to optimize customers’ networking solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of working experience in computer systems and/or servers.
Experiences with Intel/AMD/Nvidia CPUs/GPUs server platform is a plus.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Highly analytical, creative, detail oriented, organized, a good team player.
Familiar with Windows/Linux command-line interface (CLI).
Excellent knowledge of Server / Workstation products.
Strong communication skill in both verbal and written.
Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or electrical engineering is preferred.
