About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage workload for multiple departments across functions
- Forecast, control, and report project costs
- Develop and provide project variances, expenditure trends and analyses, and completion reports
- Provide forecasting guidance and projections for assigned projects
- Perform overhead, contract administration, and budget management processes, including monthly preparation and presentation
- Assist customers with cost-versus-capital decision-making
- Prepare or review complex standard costs for motherboards, chassis, and server systems
- Drive efficiency improvements and cost reduction plans
- Oversee product cost development for components, systems, and modules
- Coordinate internal resources to create an automated standard-cost system and database
- Work closely with internal teams and Sales to provide accurate pricing and achieve optimal deal pricing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field required
- Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of increasingly related experience in cost calculation/analysis system applications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in International Cost accounting/Purchasing preferred
- 3 years of management experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Time management and prioritization abilities
- Experience coordinating with Sales, Operations, Purchasing and Logistics to optimize business model and cost structure
- PC or Server Hardware experience and knowledge
- Ability to multi-task and cross function between Administrative, Operations and Sales/Client contract
