About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform in-depth evaluation of applications and provide feedback to engineering teams on product optimization
Manage multiple tasks and projects
Support coordination of operational activities from product kick-off through product launch
Support the team in meeting time-to-market mandates
Support product quality improvement during design and manufacturing stages
Support technical issues through closure by arranging resources and engaging engineering teams to duplicate and debug issues
Serve as third-level technical support
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma required
Minimum of 1 year of related experience preferred
Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment
Strong organizational and planning skills
Understanding of how to successfully work in cross-functional organizations
Ability to lead extended teams and meet deadlines
Understanding of GPU server technology and related applications preferred
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Ability to negotiate effectively
Excellent knowledge of server systems, PC systems, and computer architecture
