About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Capture schematics, check layouts, create bills of materials, debug, and test server board/add-on card products
  • Modify and enhance existing designs to improve server board quality
  • Prepare technical documentation, including product specifications, layout instructions, and test procedures
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve engineering issues early
  • Provide documentation and technical support to contract manufacturers and production during sampling and production
  • Support the production team in resolving product problems and customer-related issues
  • Perform design verification testing
  • Ensure products conform to engineering specifications, regulations, and customer expectations
  • Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering preferred; Master's degree strongly desirable
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with PCB design or layout experience is a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of digital, analog, and power circuit design and PCB layout
  • Hands-on experience with lab oscilloscopes and debugging skills
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Prior PCB design experience in enterprise networking servers is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated team player able to work in a fast-paced environment
