About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate in the design and development of enterprise server motherboards and GPU platforms
  • Perform board-level and system-level debugging
  • Analyze customer-reported issues, identify root causes, and support resolution
  • Design and develop enterprise server motherboards and add-on card products
  • Perform schematic capture, BOM creation, debugging, and product validation
  • Review PCB layouts and collaborate with layout engineers
  • Prepare and maintain product specifications, BOMs, validation reports, test procedures, and debugging guides
  • Perform design verification testing, system validation, and qualification testing
  • Support customer issue analysis and production troubleshooting
  • Provide technical support to contract manufacturers, production teams, and customers
  • Travel domestically and internationally for customer issues, contract manufacturing, product validation, engineering collaboration, and new product introduction activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hardware design, PCB design, server platforms, or related electronic product development
  • Familiarity with PCB layout review and hardware debugging
  • Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other laboratory test equipment
  • Familiarity with PCIe, DDR, USB, Ethernet, I²C/SMBus, SPI, and UART is preferred
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced engineering environment
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
