About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist Business Development Managers, Sales, Field Application Engineers, and customers with project support for rack system products, including status tracking, documentation, and follow-up
Work across departments to support customer satisfaction and drive timely resolution of assigned technical and delivery issues
Work with Business Development, Sales, Engineering, and Operations to understand business and technical requirements and help deliver agreed products, services, and results
Configure and document rack systems, including servers, GPU platforms, switches, power distribution units, and network cables
Perform compatibility checks, create layout notes, support power budgets, and document cabling, with senior review before customer or factory release
Follow defined escalation paths and support on-time delivery by keeping issues, owners, and dates visible
Contribute small features and workflow improvements to internal application systems used for rack configuration, documentation, or project tracking
Propose process improvements that reduce duplicate work and improve handoffs among Sales, Engineering, and Operations
Maintain project records, including bills of materials, issue logs, meeting notes, and as-built or sample-build documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
1–2 years of professional experience in computer systems, server systems, rack integration, datacenter operations, or a closely related internship or co-op
Working knowledge of the Linux command line and basic system administration tasks
Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present status and technical notes to Sales, Engineering, and customers
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through on multi-step work with deadlines
Ability to work on-site during standard company working hours and collaborate in person on builds, reviews, and customer support
Willingness to travel occasionally for domestic or international sample builds, factory support, or customer integration
