About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage rack system product projects with Business Development Managers, Sales, Field Application Engineers, and customers
  • Coordinate cross-department efforts to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution
  • Understand business requirements and deliver products, services, and results with Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams
  • Design rack systems including server systems, switches, power distribution units, and network cables
  • Define project escalation paths and drive on-time delivery
  • Improve existing application systems required to run the business
  • Enhance processes to eliminate redundancy and improve effectiveness

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer related engineering field
  • 5+ years’ professional experience in computer systems, rack systems, or project/product management is a plus
  • Familiarity with server, storage, switch, and datacenter-related products and services is a plus
  • Experience with Linux, networking, and virtualization is a plus
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Some domestic and international travel required
