About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead daily Salesforce development standups and end-of-day review sessions
Coordinate development lifecycle across Dev, UAT, and Production environments
Maintain and continuously prioritize the Salesforce Master Backlog
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive execution, resolve challenges, and ensure timely project delivery
Facilitate communication between global teams across regions
Use JIRA, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, Slack, and similar tools to track progress and report updates
Ensure QA validation and user acceptance criteria are met before release
Partner with external development vendors to drive delivery and remove blockers
Coordinate API integration efforts between Salesforce and enterprise systems
Drive backlog grooming and prioritization across projects, incidents, and enhancements
Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency
Partner with IT and system owners to define integration architecture and automation strategy
Facilitate cross-functional requirements-gathering sessions

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience managing projects, preferably in Salesforce or enterprise SaaS platform initiatives
Experience leading Dev → UAT → Production release cycles
Strong experience with MS Office suite and Smartsheet
Strong understanding of API integrations and cross-system architecture
Experience working with offshore development partners
Familiarity with Service Cloud or enterprise ticketing systems is strongly preferred
Salesforce certification (Admin, Developer, etc.) or ability to obtain certification within 30–60 days of hire
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
