About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and optimize mission-critical business systems using expertise in ERP, MRP, BOM, demand forecasting, procurement, sales, and inventory management
Provide technical leadership in application development direction and participate in strategic planning
Research emerging technology trends to influence core system architecture
Partner with operations and management teams to understand business needs
Translate internal user requirements into high-quality, scalable technical designs
Develop, test, and maintain high-performance in-house .NET applications
Drive performance optimization and advanced SQL tuning
Troubleshoot and resolve complex data and application issues
Communicate with cross-departmental internal users to ensure system reliability and smooth daily operations
Manage multiple interactive websites and applications, including backend, user interface, content management, messaging, and web services

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in CS, EE or IE preferred
Minimum 8+ years of experience in web application design and implementation preferred
Minimum 8+ years of software development experience using ASP.NET and MS SQL preferred
Knowledge of BOM, MRP, and inventory management
Experience with SAP MM/PP is a plus
Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and communication skills
