About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Process product returns and conduct product failure analysis
  • Ensure a high level of customer service for all customers
  • Handle day-to-day RMA receiving activities
  • Answer telephone calls promptly and respond to customer requests, inquiries, and complaints
  • Verify customer warranties to meet RMA service requirements
  • Investigate customer complaints and drive timely resolution and improvement
  • Manage high-priority customer escalations and collaborate with internal teams on solutions
  • Set realistic customer expectations and meet or exceed them
  • Follow up on RMA backlogs and outstanding items to meet customer schedule commitments
  • Fulfill parts requests and support repair-charge processing and order confirmation
  • Work closely with internal departments as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Service or related fields preferred
  • Excellent written, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong customer service ethics and ability to be empathetic and accept ownership
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management
  • Ability to multitask with minimum supervision and meet established deadlines
  • Independent person who is also a strong team player
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with MS Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Prior experience handling small parts components is a plus
  • Associate degree is preferred
  • Regular in-office attendance during standard working hours is required
  • Ability to commute to and work at the designated office location
