About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop new or existing opportunities in the global IT market
Work with customers from ground level to executive level
Manage projects with internal and external teams
Support business growth, business continuity, and customer solutions
Work with sales and extended teams to map end-user business and partner requirements
Provide optimized technical solutions and technical leadership in pre-sales
Oversee solution implementation
Troubleshoot system architecture and hardware/software interactions
Perform basic hardware debugging
Lead product hardware and software engineers during product development
Lead teams investigating and resolving field problems
Develop and review system solutions, technical bid responses, and presentations
Collaborate across departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution
Build and demonstrate proofs of concept meeting or exceeding customer needs
Present corporate brand, product messaging, and solutions to customers
Visit on-site facilities and operations to enable solution integration and issue resolution

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering discipline; computer science, computer engineering, and electrical engineering preferred
Minimum 5 years of related experience with Compute/Storage Server, Data Center, or IT Infrastructure required
Experience with liquid cooling, AI, and DC infrastructure/management desirable
Strong background and experience with x86-based server architecture
Solid hardware system design and diagnostics skills
Familiarity with firmware, Linux, Windows, and virtualization platforms is a plus
Fluency in English and Hebrew required; other languages are a plus
Excellent communication skills and business sense
Strong technical communication and leadership skills
Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
