About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage the Information Security Operations team
Develop and execute the information security strategy and roadmap
Establish security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines
Maintain and continually improve the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System
Manage ISO 27001 certification, surveillance audits, and recertification audits
Conduct risk assessments and oversee risk treatment plans
Lead ISO 28000/28001 supply chain security programs and supplier assessments
Oversee SOC activities, security monitoring, incident response, investigations, and recovery
Lead threat management, vulnerability management, and remediation programs
Manage enterprise, third-party, and vendor security risks
Support customer security assessments and questionnaires
Develop security awareness programs, phishing simulations, and user training
Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning
Lead, mentor, and develop security professionals
Manage project prioritization, resource allocation, and budgeting
Provide executive reporting and security metrics to senior leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of information security experience
3–5+ years of management or leadership experience
Hands-on experience with ISO 27001 implementation, certification, and audits
Experience with ISO 28000/28001, C-TPAT, or supply chain security programs
Experience in incident response, vulnerability management, risk management, and compliance
Experience supporting global manufacturing, logistics, or technology environments preferred
ISO 27001 Lead Implementer certification
ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification
