About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Director of Solution Engineering by winning data center projects and increasing data center revenue
Conduct marketing and technological research to support solution development decisions
Lead data center solutions development and collaborate with design and testing engineers
Support pre-sales engagements by working closely with customers and providing creative solutions
Manage data center projects from design through delivery and achieve high customer satisfaction
Collaborate with channel and technology partners to expand the ecosystem and improve revenue
Work with sales and marketing to promote new solutions and improve revenue
Provide solution training to internal organizations, partners, resellers, and end customers

Requirements

What you’ll need

BSEE/CS required
MSEE/CS with 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent preferred
Deep knowledge of data center infrastructures such as Cloud, HPC, and AI/ML infrastructures
Deep knowledge of data center power and cooling technologies
Solid experience managing large-scale data center projects from design to deployment
Strong capability of bridging engineering and business groups, and translating good engineering into good business
Strong organizational and communication skills, with capability of working in cross-functional organizations
Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment
Ability to lead complex projects and meet deadlines
Ability to travel to meet customers
