Senior Project Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage pre- and post-technical sales activities for new and existing opportunities
- Work with sales and FAE teams to understand customer requirements and project scopes
- Produce technical design proposals and detailed delivery plans for onsite server rack installations
- Coordinate with purchasing teams and suppliers to prepare project materials and equipment
- Coordinate integration and production teams for prototyping and mass production timelines
- Manage customer project schedules and provide daily or weekly status reports
- Participate in or host customer meetings about project status, timelines, and deployment requirements
- Review project status with internal teams, identify challenges, and develop solutions
- Ensure server rack installation processes follow industry standards and best practices
- Conduct data center site surveys and assessments
- Coordinate server rack delivery and installation logistics with customer IT and facilities teams
- Supervise physical server rack installation, placement, alignment, and cable management
- Troubleshoot onsite installation issues with technical teams
- Provide installation documentation, diagrams, configurations, and post-installation recommendations
- Provide post-installation customer support
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management or program management
- Significant experience dedicated to onsite server rack installations at customer data centers
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and deployment
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects in this domain
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Willingness and flexibility to travel heavily and ad hoc, domestically and internationally, for extended periods
- Strong proficiency in English required
- French is a plus
