About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead materials planning, demand forecasting, and production readiness for AI server programs
Drive supplier contract negotiations, on-time delivery, and cost improvements
Oversee global logistics, import/export compliance, and 3PL/4PL hub operations
Maintain optimal inventory levels while reducing shortages, excess, and obsolescence
Manage cross-functional projects involving forecasting and capacity ramp-ups
Drive supply chain process improvements
Partner with Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Services, and Program Management teams
Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including ramp-up materials planning, market trend analysis, logistics and shipping hub operations, and inventory management

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in supply chain roles within AI server, HPC, or related hardware manufacturing
Strong background in materials, planning, purchasing, logistics, and inventory control
Proven project management experience leading cross-functional hardware or manufacturing initiatives
ERP/MRP proficiency (SAP, Oracle preferred)
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
