About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Architect and design system manufacturing test software solutions to diagnose factory assembly system units and identify defects related to product assembly or design
- Remain at the forefront of server technologies and develop innovative, competitive solutions
- Develop and innovate testing features to improve factory efficiency, test coverage, and user experience
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide timely resolutions to improve system product reliability and performance before shipment
- Collaborate daily with development teams in Taiwan and the United States on project goals and manufacturing test software solutions
- Collaborate with design, product management, validation, and production teams to ensure product quality
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields from an accredited institution is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Software Design Engineer or related role
- Substantial expertise in software engineering, especially server management software development and automatic testing
- Proficiency in Linux programming using shell, Python scripts, or Golang is required
- Proficiency with CursorAI IDE or Grok AI is required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work efficiently within a diverse team environment
- Familiarity with Linux operation, tool development, SVN, and GitLab
- Experience with server or AI GPU products is advantageous
