About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support FP&A strategic planning, annual operating plan, quarterly business reviews, and monthly close and forecast
Report and analyze revenue and margins by customer and product
Partner with two senior FP&A team members to complete FP&A reporting packages
Complete quarterly earnings reports in support of accounting close
Communicate information through presentations
Standardize recurring analysis and reporting across the plan, execute, report, and measure cycle
Drive continuous improvement in processes and business analytics
Complete ad hoc projects, analysis, and financial modeling for key business decisions
Provide management with decision-making support and executive-level and ad hoc financial analysis
Enhance financial reporting systems to improve company financial performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management
12+ years of relevant finance experience
Excellent and proactive communicator
Proven process and systems improvement experience
Knowledge of financial planning and business intelligence tools
Ability to improve financial systems
Experience with SAP preferred
Ability to work in ambiguous situations and effectively lead to a resolution
Demonstrated understanding of financial modeling and GAAP
CFA/MBA a plus
Passionate, positive attitude, and team spirit
