About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Schedule phone and on-site interviews for different departments
- Serve as the point of contact for candidates and ensure managers interview candidates in a timely manner
- Keep communication channels open and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
- Attract suitable candidates and foster the candidate experience
- Assist in sourcing candidates, conducting phone screens, and presenting candidates to hiring managers
- Play an active role in full-cycle recruitment
- Report to the staffing manager and support the staffing team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or communication preferred
- Minimum 1 years of experience in recruitment in a corporate high tech industry preferred
- Experience sourcing technical roles is a huge plus
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, allocate and optimize resources, and manage timelines
- Must be flexible, approachable, responsive, and able to engage with all levels of staff
