About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Debug and support customer and internal departments in resolving computer system issues
  • Work with other departments to provide solutions and improve product quality
  • Review and analyze GPU server test logs to identify potential failure points and support evaluation of suspected components
  • Assemble and disassemble GPU servers when operationally required
  • Maintain and update failure logs, serial number records, and related documentation
  • Monitor GPU vendor guidelines, technical documentation, and recommended hardware or software tools
  • Collaborate with production, RMA, Warehouse, PM, Engineering, and other stakeholders to resolve issues timely
  • Support system-level debugging and failure analysis to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions
  • Identify recurring issues and support continuous improvement and process optimization
  • Document debugging procedures, technical findings, and troubleshooting guidelines
  • Support evaluation and verification of hardware components, firmware, or software updates

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline is preferred
  • Around 5 years of relevant experience in server systems, hardware validation, or system debugging
  • Experience or familiarity with server, Notebook, or Desktop platforms, including system operation, configuration, or troubleshooting, is preferable
  • Exposure to motherboard or PCIe device design, debugging, diagnostics, or validation activities is desirable
  • Good working proficiency in English, written and verbal, is preferred
  • Mandarin speaking capability is an added advantage
  • Ability to handle server equipment and support rack installation activities, where operationally required
  • Ability to stand for extended periods during system installation or validation activities
  • Experience or familiarity with Linux OS, including basic system operation or troubleshooting, is desirable
  • Working knowledge or exposure to server hardware components, including CPU, GPU, memory, storage, PCIe devices, power supplies, and networking modules
  • Willingness to learn new technologies, products, and debugging methodologies
