About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate engineering management and solutions for Sales/Customers, Production, Purchasing, and Operations
Set up laboratory hardware and software, resolve production issues, and analyze overall business metrics
Process Invoice BOM approvals
Support Sales/FAE with standard server and OEM system business practices
Define customer requirements and develop and drive localized/customized server products through the full product life cycle
Support product configuration and design
Use project management and technical leadership to drive server product development and solution optimization for EMEA sales
Lead cross-functional teams for post-sales support, including RMA, failure analysis, and ECO implementations
Provide documentation and technical know-how for standard and OEM system production lines
Handle Sales/Customer product inquiries
Conduct HPC/benchmarking testing
Set up and guide POC testing
Provide technical training for production, FAE/TS, and other technical units
Serve as the contact pivot to the US System PE

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in the server industry with a hardware technical background
Software background, networking, and Linux skillsets
Preferably OS administration experience with hands-on Linux-related operating systems skills
Script compiling and networking skills are a plus
Willingness to learn server technology
Can-do, logical, and cross-department communication attitude
Fluent English preferred
Dutch or Mandarin is a plus
