About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute sales strategies across intimates and sleepwear for assigned brands
  • Lead North American partnerships with key retailers, including Macys, Dillards, Bloomingdales, Nordstrom, Liverpool, and Palacio
  • Prepare seasonal financial plans for each key retailer
  • Drive new business development across the region in line with approved distribution expectations
  • Manage a team of agents and representatives for specialty stores across the region
  • Forecast seasonal style investment with planning and merchandising
  • Monitor replenishment performance and inventory levels with planning
  • Track bookings and shipments for the division with client services
  • Provide brand management input on special product opportunities
  • Follow approval processes for marketing and distribution across existing and new accounts
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of products, culture, and business processes to serve customers
  • Maintain advanced marketplace understanding through conversations, retail pricing, assortment surveys, and market visits
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Management, Marketing, Planning, Production, and Client Services
  • Lead and develop Account Executives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 10 years’ wholesale experience in the apparel industry with department store experience
  • Sleepwear and intimates experience preferred; women’s apparel experience also considered
  • Strong retail math skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated creativity and ingenuity in developing successful business-growth strategies
  • Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong project planning and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to travel
