About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Help plan and execute Sureify's presence at industry conferences, sponsorships and webinars
  • Coordinate event materials, promotions, logistics and onsite support
  • Help develop and execute marketing campaigns across email, social, web, events, press and sales materials
  • Write copy and help guide the design of social posts, emails, presentations, one-pagers and event materials
  • Organize marketing projects, timelines, details and deliverables across multiple initiatives
  • Collaborate with sales, product marketing, leadership and external partners
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, including assets, materials, equipment, setup, venues, AV and video partners, transportation providers, restaurants and other vendors
  • Handle logistical needs before, during and after events
  • Bring fresh perspectives and ideas to Sureify's market presence

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, hospitality or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing, events, trade shows or a similar coordinator role; internships count
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Clear, responsive written and verbal communication
  • Comfort working cross-functionally in a fully remote team
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel domestically for conferences up to approximately 25%, including occasional evenings and weekends
  • Ability to lift and move booth materials up to 15 lbs
  • Strong writing skills
  • Good eye for design and understanding of polished, on-brand marketing
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive, can-do attitude
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce or another marketing automation/CRM platform
  • Hands-on trade show or conference experience in B2B, SaaS, financial services or insurance
  • Familiarity with Canva, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Exposure to webinar platforms such as Zoom Webinars, ON24 or Goldcast
  • Interest in Insurtech or the life and annuity industry
