About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work as part of a cross-functional project team responsible for delivering Interactive Response Technology (IRT) for randomization and drug supply management in clinical trials
- Liaise with clients to discuss requirements, handle issues, provide status updates, and answer questions
- Design IRT solutions based on clinical protocols, Suvoda proposals, and client discussions
- Document requirements and participate in internal and external specification review meetings
- Assist with client reviews of IRT specifications and supporting documents
- Manage project schedules, scope, milestones, team schedules, and task assignments
- Assist with UAT planning, test script development, data setup, and client UAT support
- Provide protocol-specific support after go-live
- Ensure client satisfaction during project build and maintenance
- Provide system training through in-person and web meetings and user manuals
- Provide telephone and email support to global system users
- Travel to client sites for meetings and user training
- Perform other related duties as required
