About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct exploratory, diagnostic, and predictive analyses, integrating internal and external data to generate business insights
- Develop and enhance analytical and predictive models, focusing on market, demand, pricing, and decision support
- Identify opportunities to apply data, analytics, and artificial intelligence to generate value for the organization
- Interpret results and communicate insights clearly and objectively, transforming data into recommendations and action plans
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical products to monitor indicators, trends, and forecasts
- Lead strategic projects with business areas and senior leadership, demonstrating impact and value creation
- Define and disseminate analytical methodologies, processes, and best practices, ensuring governance, traceability, and reproducibility
- Partner with Data and Technology teams to ensure the quality, availability, and reliability of data and solutions
- Contribute to the evolution of the data and analytics ecosystem by promoting automation, scalability, and solution robustness
- Communicate the benefits, limitations, and opportunities of analytical and digital products to audiences with different backgrounds and levels of seniority
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification
- Solid professional experience in Data Science
- Experience in statistical modeling and Machine Learning
- Experience in exploratory data analysis
- Experience managing Generative AI models
- Advanced proficiency in Python, including libraries for analysis, modeling, and automation
- Strong knowledge of programming best practices, data architecture, and governance
- Experience with Big Data and Cloud environments
- Knowledge of Google BigQuery and Azure DevOps
- Advanced English proficiency is a plus
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical analyses into clear insights for different audiences
- Experience with Chatbots and Agentic AI is desirable
- Experience with optimization models is desirable
