About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute contracting strategies that generate value, ensure supply continuity, and promote innovation, with a focus on warehousing and cargo handling logistics services
- Contribute to defining the sourcing strategy for critical categories under your responsibility, considering commercial, technical, and strategic aspects, along with the corresponding evaluation tools
- Lead competitive bidding processes in the supplier market, preparing technical, commercial, and strategic presentations and/or comparison matrices
- Support cost-reduction strategies by identifying new supply opportunities in domestic and international markets
- Serve as the commercial liaison between suppliers and internal customers to resolve conflicts and ensure alignment
- Develop new sources of supply
- Define contractual SLAs with suppliers and ensure compliance
- Contribute to the development of procurement processes and performance indicators
- Lead, plan, monitor, and implement action plans or projects within the assigned portfolio, focusing on industrial logistics contracts
- Develop and support the improvement of systems, methods, and procedures
- Participate in planning the demand for contracted services together with internal customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed
- Advanced/fluent English
- Extensive experience in service procurement, with a focus on logistics, including warehousing, equipment, and labor
- Experience with market analysis and sourcing
- Experience managing strategic projects
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo, SP; Suzano, SP; or Limeira, SP
