About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and customize functionality in the Personnel Administration, Payroll, Time and Attendance, and Benefits modules across the G5 and G7 environments, using LSP and CBDS.
  • Implement business rules in LSP for event calculations, reports, and customized screens.
  • Design and develop REST and SOAP integrations between Senior HCM and third-party systems, such as SAP CPI, EBS, and GTEC.
  • Implement web services and APIs for real-time data exchange and batch processing.
  • Develop unit and integration tests to increase code coverage and minimize regressions.
  • Participate in code reviews, contributing to the definition of development standards and the adoption of Clean Code practices.
  • Document architectures, APIs, and business processes clearly and keep documentation up to date.
  • Work collaboratively with the Business, UX, and Infrastructure teams, contributing to continuous and efficient delivery.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience developing on Senior HCM G5 and G7, including customizations and integrations.
  • Advanced knowledge of LSP, CBDS, SGU, and Senior Middleware.
  • Intermediate knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL, including querying and optimization.
  • Advanced knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP, and web services.
  • Experience with unit testing, integration testing, code reviews, and Clean Code practices.
  • Experience working on Agile projects using Scrum or Kanban, and with tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience in medium-sized or large companies or in consultancies specializing in Senior Sistemas.
  • Knowledge of SeniorX BPM (G7) and/or SAP CPI, including BPMN modeling and APIs, is a plus.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Java, JavaScript, or C# is desirable.
