About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new suppliers
Define, implement, and manage supplier strategies and action plans
Manage sourcing activities, supplier negotiations, and contracts
Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvements
Support development projects through early supplier involvement
Collaborate with stakeholders across business, engineering, and technology functions
Manage suppliers within machining and stainless steel castings
Ensure effective communication and coordination between internal teams and external suppliers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience as a Supply Manager, Supplier Manager, or in a similar supplier management role
Experience in sourcing, contract management, and supplier performance management
Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management
Proven ability to establish and maintain professional supplier relationships
Strong communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with suppliers specializing in machining and stainless steel castings (preferred)
Experience within manufacturing or industrial environments (preferred)
Experience supporting product development or engineering projects (preferred)
Experience working in an international organization (preferred)
Drug test required before the assignment begins
