About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Samla in och sammanställa teknisk information om komponenter i en processanläggning.
- Granska leverantörers datablad och registrera komponentinformation i Excel.
- Söka efter kompletterande teknisk information på leverantörers och tillverkares webbplatser.
- Kontakta leverantörer och tillverkare för att inhämta saknade uppgifter.
- Dokumentera och kvalitetssäkra cirka 5 000–10 000 datafält.
- Bidra till framtagningen av komplett och korrekt ISA Datasheet-dokumentation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Erfarenhet av dokumenthantering inom life science, läkemedelsindustrin eller biotekniska projekt.
- Goda kunskaper i Excel och vana att hantera större informationsmängder.
- Förmåga att självständigt söka, granska och sammanställa teknisk information.
- Mycket god noggrannhet, struktur och förmåga att planera arbetet effektivt.
- God kommunikativ förmåga och vana att arbeta på engelska.
- Tidigare erfarenhet av teknisk dokumentation eller liknande informationsinsamlingsuppdrag är meriterande.
- Erfarenhet av leverantörsdialog och hantering av tekniska datablad är meriterande.
- Erfarenhet av ISA Datasheets eller dokumentation inom processindustrin är meriterande.
- Kunskaper i svenska är meriterande.
