About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape the product vision and direction for the Marketing area and translate it into clear priorities and actionable plans
- Own complex product initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and validation through delivery, launch, and evaluation
- Work directly with customers and stakeholders to uncover business problems and identify opportunities
- Connect initiatives into a coherent product direction and balance short-term needs with long-term scalability
- Lead prioritization and make trade-offs across customer needs, commercial priorities, technical constraints, speed, and product quality
- Work closely with and mentor Product Owners, strengthening product thinking and practices
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, Analytics, and leadership throughout discovery and execution
- Keep stakeholders aligned through clear decisions, transparent communication, and proactive expectation management
- Evaluate product outcomes after launch using customer feedback, product data, and business results
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Product Lead, or comparable product role; around 5+ years is a useful benchmark
- At least 2 years of people management experience, ideally leading Product Managers, Product Owners, or other product professionals
- Experience building B2B SaaS or another complex B2B technology product
- Strong hands-on product background with proven end-to-end ownership of meaningful product areas or complex initiatives
- Experience working directly with external customers and turning business problems into scalable product solutions
- Ability to define product direction rather than simply execute an existing roadmap
- Strong structured and logical thinking, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make sound product decisions with incomplete information
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with strong execution and stay close to both the big picture and important product details
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset, high ownership, and clear communication
- English at B2+ level or higher for working with international and US-based stakeholders
- Nice to have: experience with Marketing Technology, CRM, loyalty, promotions, customer engagement, eCommerce, retail technology, FinTech, payments, ERP, mature products, startups/high-growth companies, new products or major product directions, US customers, or AI tools
