About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the planning and execution of the social media editorial calendar
  • Create and adapt content for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads, and other channels
  • Monitor trends, formats, memes, and relevant topics to identify content opportunities
  • Participate in creating posts, short-form videos, Stories, carousels, Reels, and real-time content
  • Support the production of content specifically for Threads
  • Perform basic video and image editing for social media
  • Create clips, captions, simple animations, and format adaptations
  • Support the creation of scripts, copy, headlines, and captions
  • Contribute ideas for campaigns, activations, seasonal dates, and special projects
  • Support social media monitoring and community engagement
  • Track comments, messages, and interactions, flagging relevant topics for the team
  • Support the analysis of post performance and the organization of learnings
  • Research references, competitors, and content best practices
  • Collaborate with the Marketing, Communications, People, and other teams at Swile

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Genuine interest in social media and content creation
  • Stay up to date with trends, formats, and digital behaviors
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to adapt language to different channels
  • A strong visual eye and an interest in video and image editing
  • Organized, curious, and eager to learn
  • Creative, collaborative, and hands-on
  • Able to turn ideas into clear, relevant, and engaging content
  • Detail-oriented and responsible with deadlines
  • Experience creating social media content, including through personal or academic projects (a plus)
  • Knowledge of tools such as Canva, CapCut, Figma, Adobe Express, or similar (a plus)
  • Familiarity with video editing, photography, creative direction, or design (a plus)
  • Familiarity with social media metrics (a plus)
  • Interest in culture, behavior, technology, and the future of work (a plus)
  • Portfolio, personal profile, or projects that demonstrate your creative perspective (a plus)
