About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and improve tools and platforms that empower engineering teams to build and run their own data pipelines
  • Ship AI tooling, including Skills and MCP, as part of the platform
  • Contribute to batch processing using Airflow and dbt
  • Contribute to event-driven architecture using Kafka
  • Define, document, and promote standards and best practices
  • Help teams adopt tools and practices and grow their skills
  • Evangelize the platform vision and build relays across teams in France and Brazil
  • Build tools, standards, and foundations enabling engineering teams to own their data autonomously

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid experience in data engineering or platform engineering, with a good software engineering culture
  • Strong expertise in one area: data, infrastructure, software, EDA/streaming, or developer tooling
  • Experience with some of: Python, Ruby, Airflow, Kafka, Snowflake, dbt, Terraform
  • Autonomous, communicates clearly, and enjoys collaborating with and supporting other teams
  • Curious about new tools and practices, including AI
  • Good English
  • Commitment to environment, diversity, fairness, and inclusion
  • Experience with relevant technologies including Ruby/Rails, TypeScript/Node.js, Terraform/Terragrunt, Python, SQL, dbt, AWS/Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Kafka (MSK), Airflow (MWAA), and Snowflake
