About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and improve tools and platforms enabling engineering teams to build and run their own data pipelines
Ship AI tooling, including Skills and MCP, as part of the platform
Contribute to batch processing using Airflow and dbt
Contribute to event-driven architecture using Kafka
Define, document, and promote standards and best practices
Help teams adopt tools and practices and grow their skills
Evangelize the platform vision and build relays across teams in France and Brazil

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in data engineering or platform engineering, with a good software engineering culture
Strong expertise in one area: data, infrastructure, software, EDA/streaming, or developer tooling
Experience with some of: Python, Ruby, Airflow, Kafka, Snowflake, dbt, Terraform
Curiosity about new tools and practices, including AI
Good English proficiency
Ability to work collaboratively, communicate clearly, and support other teams
Commitment to environment, diversity, fairness, and inclusion
