About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work closely with Product Management for Data Security covering flash memory components, as well as with the Development team
Translate features into actionable user stories and delivery plans
Ensure requirements are documented and traceable through to acceptance following validation
Own the team backlog, including creating, prioritizing, and continuously refining user stories and enablers
Define and maintain acceptance criteria and requirements
Actively participate in planning, iterations, reviews, and retrospectives
Prioritize according to business value and align with stakeholders
Support development estimation, risk analysis, and dependency management
Ensure technical feasibility in coordination with development teams, domain experts, enabling teams, and platform teams
Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes in an agile environment
Optimize the MVP and implement the development process in a risk-conscious and cost-effective manner

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree in a scientific or technical field, combined with relevant professional experience
Experience in an agile environment (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), ideally as a Product Owner or Technical Project Lead
Broad technical understanding of the overall product lifecycle, from hardware and software architecture design through key suppliers, manufacturing, and maintenance
Ability to translate business value into technical requirements
Clear communication skills, strong prioritization abilities, and an ownership mindset
Experience using collaboration tools for requirements and test planning
Experience with coordination tools used in agile project management
