Key responsibilities & impact

Own end-to-end IT support across Google Workspace, Okta, 1Password, and Slack administration
Provision and deprovision accounts, conduct access reviews, and troubleshoot MFA/SSO issues
Build and maintain AI-assisted support workflows for auto-resolution, intelligent triage/routing, and self-service
Administer the company AI tooling stack, including Claude Enterprise and MCP connectors
Provision seats, troubleshoot connectors, monitor usage, and communicate about third-party outages
Manage Mac and Windows endpoint devices through Jamf and Intune MDM
Handle patching, security baseline enforcement, hardware lifecycle, replacements, loaners, and offboarding pickups
Administer Google Groups and distribution lists, manage email hygiene, and process phishing reports
Support onboarding and offboarding automation
Partner with Security & Compliance on access reviews and basic incident triage

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years in IT support/systems or similar roles, with real ownership of the tools, not just ticket-closing
Deep hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Okta, 1Password, Claude, and Slack administration
Experience with MDM platforms (Jamf and/or Intune) for Mac and Windows fleets
A track record of building automation or self-serve tooling that improves employee IT experience
Judgment to know when automation is appropriate and when human support is needed
Writing and communication skills to make interactions feel personal, including automated interactions
Comfort owning ambiguous, cross-functional problems without extensive supervision
Software development experience, scripting, internal tools, or full stack applications is a plus
Hands-on work with agentic AI workflows and MCP servers is a plus
Compliance-adjacent experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar frameworks, and familiarity with Vanta is a plus
