About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Train and manage a book of business of NimbleRx pharmacy partners
  • Provide proactive solutions and recommend services/features to improve pharmacy revenue and performance
  • Serve as a product and technical advisor on NimbleRx workflows and integrations
  • Analyze partner performance data and translate insights into recommendations
  • Identify adoption, revenue, and operational opportunities
  • Understand pharmacists’ workflows, recurring issues, and product performance
  • Share potential adoption and growth opportunities with key decision-makers
  • Develop relationships with pharmacy owners and staff as the primary strategic point of contact
  • Own the customer experience through complex escalations
  • Partner with Support, Product, and Engineering to drive resolution
  • Translate pharmacy workflows and business needs into context for Product, Support, and Engineering
  • Stay updated on new features with Product and Engineering
  • Use dashboards, reporting tools, and SQL to understand account performance and identify actions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of experience in account management, partner/customer success, account retention, upgrading/upselling accounts, client support, or sales
  • A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Pharmacy experience highly preferred, but not required
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Technical product fluency
  • Ability to analyze partner performance, adoption, revenue, and operational data
  • Ability to understand NimbleRx workflows and integrations
  • Ability to guide partners through common integration questions
  • Ability to use dashboards, reporting tools, and SQL
