About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple cyber security projects across IT and OT environments
- Lead planning, governance, execution, and reporting of cyber programmes and initiatives
- Coordinate internal teams, third-party vendors, and business stakeholders
- Support expansion and enhancement of enterprise cyber security services and capabilities
- Drive replacement and modernisation of cyber security technologies protecting industrial control systems and offshore operational assets
- Manage project risks, dependencies, budgets, schedules, and resource requirements
- Ensure change management and stakeholder engagement throughout project lifecycles
- Communicate and report clearly to senior leadership and programme sponsors
- Support compliance, security, and operational requirements across business and industrial environments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience delivering cyber security or technology projects
- Strong project management skills, including managing budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholders
- Ability to engage with technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in regulated, critical infrastructure, energy, utilities, or industrial environments
- Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies
- Understanding of vulnerability management
- Understanding of security patching programmes
- Understanding of secure remote access solutions
- Understanding of Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR)
- Understanding of Identity and Access Management
- Understanding of security operations and monitoring
- Understanding of network security
- Understanding of cyber risk management
- Understanding of Operational Technology (OT) security
- Understanding of Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and SCADA environments
- Experience delivering projects within OT, industrial, manufacturing, offshore, or critical national infrastructure environments (desirable)
- Knowledge of NIST, IEC 62443, ISO 27001, or NIS regulations (desirable)
- Relevant project management certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or MSP (desirable)
