About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute the month-end close process, including reconciling project costs, accruals, and work-in-progress (WIP) balances for accurate financial reporting
Recognize revenue based on percentage-of-completion or milestone billing
Review project budgets against actuals and investigate variances with project managers
Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and project profitability reports within established closing deadlines
Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure timely close and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
Support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making across the organization
Partner with business leaders to provide actionable financial insights, optimize costs, and drive business performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, or a related finance function
Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting
Proficiency in SAP, ERP systems, OneStream, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering capabilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
IFRS experience is a must
Experience within manufacturing, technology, or industrial environments preferred
Knowledge of financial consolidation and performance management tools
Experience supporting executive leadership with strategic financial insights
CPA, CMA, CFA, or MBA qualification preferred
