About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with existing customers to achieve sustainable revenue and market-share growth in line with the company’s global strategy
  • Manage and develop customers including electrical contractors, electrical wholesalers, planners, architects, project managers, and public institutions
  • Actively acquire new customers and optimize the existing customer base to maximize business potential
  • Take independent responsibility for managing the commercial development of the sales territory, with a focus on profitability
  • Travel nationwide to support key-account and end-user projects, particularly strategically important tenders and project phases
  • Work closely with sales management, internal sales, and related departments to ensure a smooth sales process

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field, combined with solid sales experience in technically sophisticated products
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, a professional demeanor, and a strong focus on closing deals
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach, with a high degree of initiative
  • Experience in lighting and specialized knowledge of project business
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
  • Willingness to travel within the sales territory and motivated to actively develop the region
