About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Sell Regional and Club-level client leadership on product benefits to drive product engagement, in-club execution, and credit goal attainment
  • Maintain relationships through effective and timely communication and attendance at market/store meetings
  • Develop in-store product execution strategies and action plans
  • Ensure regional strategies are rolled out effectively to clubs
  • Drive application volume to meet or exceed operating-plan goals
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction survey targets
  • Enhance in-store marketing programs and conduct ongoing training
  • Develop credit awareness programs with store and market management
  • Audit signage and point-of-sale materials for compliance and communicate issues
  • Support Client Program Manager and client-team initiatives
  • Compile and present results of ongoing credit programs
  • Manage travel and marketing budgets
  • Attend and support store opening and relocation events
  • Develop and maintain external client relationships at store, market, and regional levels
  • Maximize credit support and commitment at store level
  • Develop annual store marketing plans supporting business goals
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
  • Work from a home office in the New Orleans area with significant travel across the territory

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ experience working in the Financial Services Field or Retail Store Management; or HS diploma/GED and 5+ years’ experience in lieu of a completed degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of field or outside sales experience
  • Minimum of 2 years’ Client Relationship Management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience developing presentations and pitching to all levels of management
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Willing to travel up to 75% of the time
  • Role must live in the New Orleans area
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of onboarding
  • Must satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. required
  • Company will not sponsor employment visas for this job opening
  • Excellent negotiation and client relationship skills
  • Openness to coaching and ability to learn quickly
  • Customer-focused mindset with ability to respond quickly to customer needs
  • Exceptional written, oral, and nonverbal interpersonal communication skills
  • Private Label Sales and Marketing experience is a plus
  • Strong finance business/industry acumen
