About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as marketing owner and primary point of contact for assigned clients and partners
- Align marketing priorities with partner objectives and Specialty & Wellness growth goals
- Develop quarterly and annual client marketing plans, integrated calendars, and activation roadmaps
- Coordinate priorities with Sales and Client leaders
- Support partner operating rhythms, campaign plans, program updates, and QBR content
- Lead end-to-end multi-channel B2B and B2B2C campaigns
- Drive provider/location onboarding and engagement, consumer applications, approvals, purchase volume, usage, and retention
- Execute account-based and segment-based marketing for priority partner segments and locations
- Drive point-of-sale and in-location conversion through toolkits, signage, scripts, and training materials
- Build and optimize acquisition and lifecycle communications, including email automation and journey mapping
- Create and manage case studies, webinars, one-pagers, playbooks, emails, and partner toolkits
- Use analytics, testing, and segmentation to optimize targeting, messaging, channel mix, and offers/promotions
- Track and communicate KPIs including leads, conversion, applications, approvals, purchase volume, usage, and ROI
- Coordinate cross-functional work across Sales, Client Management, Lifecycle, Product, Operations, Risk/Compliance, Finance, and Creative/Agency teams
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree or, in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma/GED and 8+ years of relevant marketing experience
- Minimum 4+ years experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Experience with email/CRM, digital, social, direct mail and/or in-location marketing
- Client-facing experience presenting plans, results, and recommendations to partner stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in B2B marketing; B2B2C experience strongly preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% and as required for business
- Experience with multi-location, franchise, or enterprise partner models preferred
- Healthcare/wellness, specialty services, or financial products marketing experience is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud or comparable platforms preferred
- Working knowledge of paid media concepts, landing pages, tagging/measurement, and optimization
- Strong project management and prioritization skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to influence without authority
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints
- Must satisfy Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. required; employment visa sponsorship unavailable
