About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own client-level and market-level marketing activation for a portfolio of Specialty & Wellness clients and partners
  • Serve as marketing owner and primary point of contact for assigned clients/partners
  • Align marketing priorities with partner objectives and Specialty & Wellness growth goals
  • Develop quarterly and annual client marketing plans, integrated calendars, and activation roadmaps
  • Coordinate priorities with Sales and Client leaders
  • Support partner operating rhythms, campaign plans, program updates, and QBR content
  • Lead end-to-end multi-channel B2B and B2B2C campaign execution
  • Drive provider/location onboarding and engagement, consumer applications, approvals, purchase volume, usage, and retention
  • Execute account-based and segment-based marketing for priority partner segments and locations
  • Drive point-of-sale and in-location conversion through toolkits, signage, scripts, and training materials
  • Build and optimize market acquisition and lifecycle communications, including email automation and journey mapping
  • Create and manage case studies, webinars, one-pagers, playbooks, emails, and partner toolkits
  • Use analytics, testing, and segmentation to optimize targeting, messaging, channel mix, and offers/promotions
  • Track and communicate KPIs including leads, conversion, applications, approvals, purchase volume, usage, and ROI
  • Coordinate cross-functional work across Sales, Client Management, Lifecycle, Product, Operations, Risk/Compliance, Finance, Creative, and agency teams
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree or, in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma/GED and 8+ years of relevant marketing experience
  • Minimum 4+ years’ experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Experience with email/CRM, digital, social, direct mail and/or in-location marketing
  • Client-facing experience presenting plans, results, and recommendations to partner stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B marketing
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% and as required for business
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints during onboarding
  • Must satisfy Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. required
  • Employment visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
  • Experience with multi-location, franchise, or enterprise partner models preferred
  • Healthcare/wellness, specialty services, or financial products marketing experience is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud or comparable platforms
  • Working knowledge of paid media concepts, landing pages, tagging/measurement, and optimization
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to influence without authority
