About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own client- and market-level marketing strategy and activation for Specialty & Wellness focus markets
  • Serve as the industry expert for key Wellness markets
  • Translate market trends, customer needs, and buyer journeys into data-driven marketing plans
  • Build and execute multi-touch, multi-channel B2B and B2B2C campaigns across paid media, social, influencers, email, direct mail, training, and sales enablement
  • Partner with GMs, Sales, Client Management, Analytics, Digital, Lifecycle/CRM, Product, and agency teams
  • Manage and present marketing plans, business reviews, and marketing calendars to leadership, stakeholders, and partners
  • Drive point-of-sale and in-location conversion through toolkits, signage, scripts, and training materials
  • Drive provider/location onboarding and engagement, consumer applications and purchase volume, and usage and retention
  • Build and optimize acquisition and lifecycle marketing, including email automation and journey mapping
  • Create and manage content such as case studies, webinars, one-pagers, playbooks, emails, and partner toolkits; optimize content for GEO and LLMs
  • Identify and manage KOL and influencer campaigns
  • Manage CareCredit brand presence in-market
  • Manage industry event execution across assigned markets
  • Serve as marketing owner and primary point of contact for assigned clients and partners
  • Develop quarterly and annual client marketing plans, integrated calendars, and activation roadmaps
  • Execute targeted account-based and segment-based marketing for priority partner segments and locations
  • Use analytics, testing, segmentation, market research, and customer insights to optimize performance and ROI
  • Track and communicate KPIs including leads, conversion, applications, approvals, purchase volume, usage, and ROI
  • Manage budgets and expenses for assigned marketing programs
  • Leverage AI and MarTech capabilities to improve execution and measurement
  • Influence and coordinate cross-functional work without direct reports
  • Manage cross-functional projects and collaborate across multiple management levels
  • Serve as a Specialty & Wellness subject-matter expert on omnichannel campaigns
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or, in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma/GED and 8+ years of relevant marketing experience
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Client-facing experience with comfort presenting plans, results, and recommendations to partner stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B marketing; B2B2C experience strongly preferred
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% and as required for business
  • Experience with multi-location, franchise, or enterprise partner models
  • Healthcare/wellness, specialty services, or financial products marketing experience is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud or comparable platforms
  • Working knowledge of paid media concepts, landing pages, tagging/measurement, and optimization
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to influence without authority
  • Ability to interpret campaign and market analytics and pivot plans and tactics to drive growth
  • Creative agency account management experience
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of onboarding
  • Must be able to satisfy Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act requirements
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
